Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using H250ME, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. The Service

H250ME is a marketplace that connects tenants with landlords and agents in Rwanda. We do not own, manage, or guarantee any listed property. We are not a party to any rental agreement between users. We facilitate discovery and communication only.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You may not share your login credentials or transfer your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Listings

  • Landlords and agents must provide truthful, complete, and current property information.
  • Listings must include accurate pricing, location, amenities, and availability.
  • Photos must depict the actual property and not be misleading.
  • We review listings before publication and may reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
  • Listings expire after the validity period unless extended.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Post fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings.
  • Submit fake identity documents during verification.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish listing data without permission.
  • Use the platform to conduct transactions outside the platform for the purpose of evading our policies.

6. Liability

H250ME is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the conduct of users, or the availability of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by Rwandan law, we disclaim all warranties and liability for damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or RWF 100,000, whichever is greater.

7. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of H250ME shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then through the competent courts of Kigali, Rwanda.
